5. Payment Terms

Engagements and Plans

Some of our services require payment. By engaging a paid service or plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected engagement
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription services, where applicable
• Pay any applicable taxes

Billing and Renewals

• Retainer subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Fees are charged in advance for each billing period or project milestone
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available:

• Within 30 days of initial purchase

User Content and Custom Code

You retain ownership of any smart contract code or content you submit to our services. Custom code delivered under a paid development engagement is owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Free from errors or defects
• Compatible with all wallets, chains, or clients
• Meeting your specific requirements

Blockchain and Audit Results Disclaimer

We provide development and security review services to help reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee:

• That any smart contract is entirely free of vulnerabilities
• Specific token price, adoption, or business outcomes
• Protection against exploits arising from third-party dependencies or infrastructure
• Results within a specific timeframe

An audit reduces risk but does not eliminate it. Deployed smart contracts operate in an adversarial environment and no review process can guarantee complete security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baoo Blockchain shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, tokens, or business opportunities
• Loss of on-chain funds resulting from user error, private key compromise, or third-party exploits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions, oracle failures, or smart contract dependencies outside our engagement scope

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your engagement at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through your account settings
• Contacting our customer support team
• Following the cancellation process outlined in our engagement agreement

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse our services or systems

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be discontinued
• Your account data may be deleted after 30 days
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions that should survive will continue to apply

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
